Men’s Section
The Men’s Section at Roseberry has a full programme of events including singles and doubles competitions. Entry sheets for all competitions are placed on the club noticeboard.
Men’s competitions are held on Saturday and Sunday with most competitions qualifying for handicap purposes.
A “Winter League” is played between November and March and is open to all members with an official handicap. This is played every Sunday throughout the winter, meet in the clubhouse at 8am to be included in the draw. A Saturday Sweep is also held between November and March for all members.
The club also have a “Rabbits golf” team and an “Inters golf” team competing their respective leagues with other clubs from around the region. Full details of these can be found on the NERGA website.
Anyone with a current WHS handicap of between 8 and 14.9 who is interested in playing in the “Inters” team, or with a current WHS handicap of between 15 and 28 who is interested in playing in the “Rabbits” team should contact the respective team captains. Seniors Section
The Seniors Section at Roseberry has a full programme of events including singles and doubles competitions, Social Sweeps and Away Days. We also have a Seniors Team, competing in friendly matches with other club seniors sections from around the region, home and away.
Seniors competitions are held on Tuesdays with most competitions qualifying for handicap purposes. A social sweep, usually Texas scramble team game, is held on Thursdays.
The Seniors section is always keen to recruit new members. The only qualifying condition is that you must be 55 years of age or older(ladies welcome). It costs £5 to join the senior section.

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR 2025 (65 years and over) – £475
Ladies Section
The Ladies Section at Roseberry Grange is a small but growing section of the club with a friendly membership. Ladies competitions are held on Sunday and Wednesday throughout the season. Ladies can now play in the Men’s competitions on Saturdays and ladies over 55 can also play in the Senior men’s competition held on a Tuesday.

Juniors Section
The Juniors Section at Roseberry Grange is a small but growing section of the club with a friendly membership. Junior events are usually held on Sunday afternoons throughout the season. .

Membership (17 Years to 23 Years) – £200
Junior membership (Under 16) – £50
